There’s issues with it! Like how the values on a label can be off by +/- 25%! And that’s the AVERAGE. No-one is testing every single food in a lab! 1 medium apple can give 83 cal or up to 116 cal. A 6 oz filet mignon can give 323 cal or up to 506 cal. So what do you do? Well, your body is designed to regulate itself! Try this: EAT SLOWLY. Are you hungry? Full? Notice how you feel!
