There’s a quote out there along the lines of, “if you don’t have a plan, then you’re planning to fail”. So suppose you want to lose 10 lbs of fat and gain some muscle while you’re at it.
What do you need to do to achieve this?
Then ask yourself this: what’s the easiest, most simple thing you can do to get started?
Eat 1 more vegetable a day? Do 5 more minutes of walking? Have an abundance based mindset? The acronym KISS, (Keep It Simple Silly), applies here. Seriously!!!
What happens when you get good at one simple thing, then another, then another? Soon you’re doing a whole bunch of simple things that altogether make you AWESOME!!
